Located in downtown Asheville, Spellbound is at 19 Wall Street, with convenient parking either in metered spaces on the street or in the nearby parking garage. Metered parking is free after 6pm weekdays and on Sundays and holidays. Parking in the garage is free for the first hour during most of our store hours. Wall Street is a one-way street, and the entrance to the parking garage is just to the left as you turn onto Wall Street.
From downtown Asheville:
From Patton Avenue to Otis Street (the intersection at Wick & Greene Jewelers–look for the ornate clock.) Turn onto Otis Street, then take an almost immediate right onto Wall Street (or the very next right to enter the parking garage).
Or, from Haywood Street turn onto Battery Park Avenue at the crosswalk. You will see Wall Street immediately on your left (at the huge sculpture of an iron). If traveling by car, you will probably want to either find parking on Battery Park Avenue (there are stairs down to Wall Street by the parking garage exit), or turn left at the end of Battery Park to either enter the parking garage or drive down Wall Street.

Wall Street Parking Garage
The Wall Street Garage has 232 spaces and is located off Otis Street between Wall Street and Battery Park Avenue, immediately across the street from the Grove Arcade. The entrance to this garage is on Otis Street. The vehicle exit from this garage is located at the corner of Battery Park and Page Avenues. Pedestrian exits are located at Otis Street, Wall Street, and Battery Park Avenue.
Parking rates:
* First hour free between 10am – 7pm and $0.75 per hour or part of an hour thereafter. (Daily maximum: $6)
* After hours, weekends, and holidays: $2 per exit
* Special Events: $6
Metered Parking on the Street
All meters are for short term parking (two hours or less, as marked) at a cost of $1 per hour. All meters accept coins only. The metered spaces are enforced from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Parking is FREE each Sunday and City holidays. Designated City holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (3 days). There is no need to “feed the meters” on these days.
However, regulations for Handicapped Parking and Loading Zones are still enforced.
